EFT in Nottingham

EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques is now the fastest growing self help technique in the world.

It is often described as a psychological form of acupuncture and can be usefully applied to anything.

Michael was one of the first therapists in the UK in 1996 to be using this to help people and teaching people to help themselves, and he has been an AMT Master Trainer since 1998.

He is now an international trainer and a trainer`s trainer of these techniques and “Next Generation EFT“, and a Founding Member and Director of the AMT.

He trains other therapists, facilitators and medical people to use these techniques professionally.

The AMT is an association of energists working with EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques, EmoTrance Emotional Transformation, Energy Cone & other modern energy modalities since 1998. They organise the annual EFT & Energy Conference every November.
